The Norwood Water Commission will be holding a lottery for 119 water shares on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. ath the Norwood Community Center.  Following the lottery drawing, at 8:00 p.m. there will be a joint meeting between the Town of Norwood and the Norwood Water Commission boards.  This will be an executive session per CRS 24-6-402 (4)(b) and (e), via telephone with their attorney and engineer regarding water filings 2010CW 202 and 203.
