The Norwood Water Commission has moved into a water restriction plan that will restrict all but domestic/household use and essential use for agricultural, industrial, and commercial enterprises.  There will be NO OUTSIDE WATERING except trees and shrubs may be watered one day a week.  THIS PLAN IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.  Please see full notice under town/planning dropdown.
