SAN MIGUEL COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH – ASSESSMENT SURVEY, November 28, 2022
West Central Public Health Partnership, together with San Miguel County, has launched a community health assessment survey to determine the health and wellness needs of our community. Responses are being collected now, and results will help set future priorities for services in the county and the region.
Town of Norwood, Colorado is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Town of Norwood, Colorado
